Cancel the Service
On LINX Portal navigate to Services.
Within Port services, locate the port access that hosts the Microsoft Azure Peering Service (MAPS) you wish to cancel.
This can only be a single port access as port access bundles do not support any service other than peering.
Click on the + symbol on the left to expand the service and see which logical services sit on top of the port.
Ensure you are selecting the correct port and MAPS by reviewing each of the information listed
On the three-dot button icon, click Cancel Service.
If the MAPS service is the last logical service on the port access, a yellow warning box will allow you to cancel the port access should you wish to do so. If the port hosts multiple logical services they will need to be cancelled or moved before being able to cancel the port access.
Enter your reason for cancellation (optional), and click submit order.
Review the pop-up, explaining the impact on billing and press confirm.
