This message provides a summary of engineering support arrangements and opening hours for the Holiday Season.
Network Engineering and Provisioning Change Freeze
A network change freeze will be in effect, covering all engineering and provisioning activities, from 17:30 UTC on Friday, 19 December 2025 through to 09:00 UTC on Monday, 5 January 2026.
During this period, support requests requiring network or system changes will be deferred until the end of the change freeze, with the exception of fault-fixing activities.
This freeze also includes cabling work, which will be suspended, in some cases by the co-location facility operators themselves. Therefore, no adds, moves, or changes for member ports will be performed during this period.
LINX Office Hours
Normal working patterns at LINX offices will be suspended from Wednesday, 24 December 2025, and will resume at 09:00 UTC on Monday, 5 January 2026.
During the holiday period, our offices will be closed on the following days:
Thursday, 25 December 2025 – Christmas Day
Friday, 26 December 2025 – Boxing Day
Thursday, 1 January 2026 – New Year’s Day
