Network Engineering and Provisioning Change Freeze:
We will operate a network freeze, covering engineering and provisioning activities from 17:30 UTC on Friday, 13 December 2024 through to 09:00 UTC on Thursday, 2 January 2025.
Support requests which require network or system changes will not be handled until the end of the change freeze, with the exception of fault fixing.
This also includes cabling work which will be suspended - in some cases by the co-location facility operators themselves. Therefore, no adds,
moves or changes for member ports will be performed during this freeze.
Opening Hours:
Normal working patterns at LINX offices will be suspended on Tuesday, 24th December 2024 and will resume at 09:00 UTC Thursday, 2 January 2025.
During the holiday period, our offices will be closed on the following days:
Wednesday, 25 December 2024 (Christmas Day)
Thursday, 26 December 2024 (Boxing Day)
Wednesday, 1 January 2025 (New Year's Day)
