LINX NoVA Thanksgiving Change Freeze

We will operate a network freeze, covering provisioning and engineering activities for NoVA sites from 5:00pm EST on Wednesday, 27 November through to 9am EST on Monday, 2 December 2024.

Provisioning and support requests which require network or system changes to any NoVA sites will not be handled until the end of the changeĀ freeze, with the exception of fault fixing.

This does not affect the London LANs, LINX Manchester, LINX Wales or LINX Scotland.
